Differences between Wiring LX 7000 series and LX 8000/9000
LX8000DU/LX9000DU
cable set is made of following wires:
Power supply wires, RS485 bus on 9pin connecter, RS232 signal on round
connector.
LX7007DU cable set is made of following wires:
Power supply wires, RS485 bus on 9pin connecter, RS232 signal on round
connector and OAT sensor.
USB-D (vario) cable set is made of following wires:
RS485 bus on 9pin connector, audio on chinch connector, vario priority,
sc, OAT sensor
Old vario cable delivered with LX7007 is made of following wires:
RS485 bus on 9pin connector, audio on chinch connector, vario priority,
sc
Therefore.
New LX8000/LX9000DU wiring will work with LX7007, but LX7007 will not read OAT.
If you connect LX8000 to LX7007 wiring you need either
· OAT dongle in order to read temperature
· or new wiring
