LX 5000 Upgrade

A special feature of the LX range of flight computers is that they can be upgraded to later versions of both firmware and software and in some cases they can have new faster processors and other improvements installed. As there are many LX 5000s in use in the UK owners of these will often find it beneficial to upgrade them to a later standard. The most popular is a version 6 to version 9.04 upgrade costs £300.00 plus VAT (£360.00 incl VAT), (plus carriage to and from LX Navigation). Turn-around time is normally just over two weeks but longer in the Spring.
